Richard is second generation in the life insurance industry. His Father joined MetLife in 1955, four years prior to his birth. Richard started his career in 1980, he spent 22 years with MetLife, 15 years as a managing director. He and his wife Michelle and their four daughters (Mallory,Madi,Lexi and Brittany) reside in Maryville TN.
